Lifestyle Changes Management Programme
Individually supervised 8-week (2x/week; 16 sessions) program combining aerobic and strength exercises, education, and lifestyle support whilst on injection therapy to maximise weight-loss & metabolic health.
Pre-Surgical | Rehabilitation
30-minute clinic based consultation and treatment session to help you prepare both physically and mentally before surgery (e.g., thoracic, orthopaedic), to support your recovery after your surgery.
Post-Surgical | Rehabilitation
30-minute clinic based consultation and treatment session following surgery (e.g., thoracic, orthopaedic) to reduce pain and swelling, and restore movement, strength, balance and function for daily activities.

About our appointments:
1nspire Clinic offers clinic and home-based appointments (by arrangement) and we accept self-referral, doctor/allied health practitioner referrals, as well as NDIS, WorkCover, DVA and Age Care referrals.
Self referral: You do not need a doctor's referral for cardiorespiratory physiotherapy, however, with your consent, we may collaborate with your wider medical team to ensure that you are benefitting from treatment.
Register as a patient: To prepare for your appointment, please register as a new patient, at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations/changes: Sometimes life just gets in the way! Ideally at least 3 hours notice should be given if you cannot make your appointment. Please call to cancel and we will reschedule your appointment.
Outreach: Home visits that are more than 25km from the clinic at 18 Archer Street incur a $1/km charge. These sessions are pre-arranged and associated cost discussed in advance.
Private Patients: Physiotherapy is claimable through private health ‘extras’ cover. Payment is required at the time of your consultation. Tyro Health payment solutions for online & EFTPOS debit and credit card payments are offered. The rebate amount and eligibility depend on your health fund and level of cover. To confirm your rebate eligibility and amount, please contact your health fund directly.
DVA Patients: Accounts will be billed directly to DVA. A current doctor’s referral is required.
GP Chronic Care Management Plan: A current referral from your GP is required. You must pay the full consultation fee upfront. However, we can usually process your Medicare rebate* on the spot, provided you bring your Medicare card and debit card to each appointment. Patients who have reached the Medicare Safety Net may be eligible for a higher rebate. *Medicare determined and rebate amounts are subject to change without notice.
NDIS: Patients on self-managed and managed plans should contact the clinic to discuss your healthcare needs and to discuss payment options.
Age Care: Home Care Packages offer older Australians a way to access affordable care services and receive support. We accept referrals for physiotherapy services — just speak with your Home Care Package provider to arrange this.
